(c) The management technician must have experience in design work meeting the criteria in (5) above, for which contract performance was completed since Reiwa 27. (7) Must have a head office or branch office in Okayama Prefecture. (8) Not be a construction contractor substantially controlled by a yakuza member, or equivalent, for whom an exclusion request has been made by the police authorities from construction work, etc., ordered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and such state continues.
