Bid Participation Requirements: Applicants who meet all of the following conditions shall be eligible.
Qualifications: 1. Must be registered as a construction consultant for architectural work, with the registration category of "General Architecture" for the 2025/2026 fiscal years.
2. Other qualification requirements are as specified in the bid explanation document.
Business Office, etc.: Must have a principal business office within Hiroshima City (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Hiroshima City Construction Consultant Business Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines).
Company Business Performance: Must have experience in performing design work for new construction, expansion, or renovation of steel-frame (excluding light steel frame), reinforced concrete, or steel-reinforced concrete structures, with a total floor area of 110 square meters or more, as the prime contractor, completed and delivered after April 1, 2011. (Experience in joint ventures is limited to experience as the representative member).
Technical Staff, etc.: Must be able to assign a chief engineer and a review engineer who hold a Class 1 Architect qualification under Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 202 of 1950).
*The chief engineer and the review engineer cannot concurrently hold both positions.
Other: 1. Applicants who do not meet the above bid participation requirements cannot participate.
2. Applicants who are disqualified under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Items 1 and 2 (a) to (o) of the Hiroshima City Construction Consultant Business Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines cannot participate.

2. When determining the successful bidder, the bid price entered by the successful bidder in the electronic bidding system or the price stated in the bid form, plus an amount equivalent to 10% of that price (rounded down to the nearest yen if there is a fraction of less than one yen), will be considered the contract price. Therefore, bidders, whether they are taxable or non-taxable businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax, should enter or state an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract desired amount.
