山武市入札公告条件付き一般競争入札の実施について地方自治法(昭和22年法律第67号)第234条第１項の規定による条件付き一般競争入札を実施するので、地方自治法施行令(昭和22年政令第16号)第167条の６の規定により次のとおり公告する。
令和８年４月10日山武市長 松 下 浩 明 □印１ 入札に付する事項⑴ 調達案件名称 水道用次亜塩素酸ナトリウム購入(単価契約)⑵ 納品の場所 山武市埴谷1884番地２ 山武浄水場⑶ 履行期間(期限) 契約日の翌日から令和９年３月31日まで⑷ 品名及び数量 水道用次亜塩素酸ナトリウム 18,000kg(購入予定数量)⑸ 予定価格 １kgあたり138.00円(消費税及び地方消費税を含まない。)２ 入札方式条件付き一般競争入札(電子入札)３ 入札参加者の資格要件⑴ 名簿の登載部門 物品⑵ 営業種目等 大分類：薬品 中分類：工業薬品⑶ 地域要件 市内、準市内、山武郡市内、県内４ 申請書の提出等⑴ 申請期間 令和８年４月10日(金)午前９時から令和８年４月17日(金)午後４時まで⑵ 提出する書類 条件付き一般競争入札に係る応募調書(物品・委託用)⑶ 事前確認の結果通知期限 令和８年４月22日(水)午後５時５ 設計図書の縦覧等⑴ 縦覧場所 ちば電子調達システム内入札情報サービス(物品・委託)に掲載する。
⑵ 質問方法 質問がある場合は、山武市ホームページに掲載する質問書に質問内容を記載し、令和８年４月16日(木)午後４時までに、財政課へ電子メールにより提出すること。
なお、件名は「【入札・質問書】調達案件名称」とし、提出した者は、必ず到着確認の電話をすること。
⑶ 回答方法 質問書の提出があった場合は、令和８年４月22日(水)までに、質問回答書をちば電子調達システム内入札情報サービス(物品・委託)に掲載する。
６ 入札⑴ 入札期間 令和８年４月23日(木)午前９時から令和８年５月７日(木)正午まで⑵ 入札時の入札金額内訳書の提出 不要⑶ その他 電子入札システムに入力する金額は、１kgあたりの単価(税抜き)、小数第２位までの範囲とする。
７ 開札の日時及び場所等⑴ 開札日時 令和８年５月８日(金)午後１時30分から⑵ 開札場所 山武市役所 第６会議室⑶ 開札の立会い 入札参加者は、開札に立ち会うことができる。
代理人をして立ち会わせようとするときは、立会委任状を持参させなければならない。
８ 落札候補者が提出する書類落札候補者は、電子入札システムから発行される事後審査資料提出依頼通知書に記載された期日までに、次の書類を提出しなければならない。
ア 条件付き一般競争入札参加資格確認申請書イ 関連業者調書(関連業者がある場合)ウ 入札金額内訳書(山武市が公表する設計書に準じて作成のうえ、調達案件名及び入札者の商号又は名称を記載すること。)９ 代金の支払方法通常払(納入ごと)10 その他この公告に定めるもののほか、入札に関する共通事項については、「条件付き一般競争入札(電子入札)の実施に係る共通事項について」(令和８年４月１日公告)によるので、入札参加者は熟読すること。
