(5) The successful bidder must conclude the contract within 10 days from the date of notification of successful bid determination. (6) If the successful bidder falls under any of the following circumstances between the date of successful bid determination and the date of contract conclusion, the successful bid determination may be canceled. (7) If any false statements are found in the submitted documents related to the bidding and contract for this work, the contract may be canceled. (8) The successful bidder must submit the "Pledge Regarding Compliance with the Antimonopoly Act (Kochi City Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau)" dated December 26, 2011, by the time of contract conclusion. Failure to do so will be considered a withdrawal from the bid, and the contract will not be concluded. (9) The successful bidder must notify the client of any events that may affect the construction period or contract amount, along with the necessary information to grasp the situation of such events, between the successful bid determination and the contract conclusion, in accordance with Article 20-2, Paragraph 2 of the Construction Business Act. (10) The contractor shall choose between interim advance payment or partial payment at the time of contract conclusion. Changes after contract conclusion will not be permitted. (11) This work is a "Two-Day Weekend Work" under the Kochi City Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau "Two-Day Weekend Work" Implementation Guidelines. (12) Bidders who fall under Article 4, Item 8 A, B, or C of the Implementation Guidelines by the time of bid opening cannot participate in the bidding. Furthermore, if a bidder who falls under the same item becomes the successful bidder before the determination of the successful bidder(s) after bid opening (if there are multiple successful bidders for the same type of work on the same day, determination will proceed in order of descending estimated price), the bid will be invalidated.
