令和８年４月10日山武市長 松 下 浩 明 □印１ 入札に付する事項⑴ 調達案件名称 小型動力ポンプ付積載車(水槽付)購入⑵ 納品の場所 山武市殿台296番地 山武市役所⑶ 履行期間(期限) 令和９年12月17日⑷ 品名及び数量 小型動力ポンプ付積載車(水槽付)１台⑸ 予定価格 24,950,000円(消費税及び地方消費税を含まない。)２ 入札方式条件付き一般競争入札(電子入札)３ 入札参加者の資格要件⑴ 名簿の登載部門 物品⑵ 営業種目等 大分類：車両 中分類：特種用途自動車⑶ 地域要件 市内、準市内、山武郡市内、県内、県外４ 申請書の提出等⑴ 申請期間 令和８年４月10日(金)午前９時から令和８年４月17日(金)午後４時まで⑵ 提出する書類 条件付き一般競争入札に係る応募調書(物品・委託用)⑶ 事前確認の結果通知期限 令和８年４月22日(水)午後５時５ 設計図書の縦覧等⑴ 縦覧場所 ちば電子調達システム内入札情報サービス(物品・委託)に掲載する。
⑵ 質問方法 質問がある場合は、山武市ホームページに掲載する質問書に質問内容を記載し、令和８年４月16日(木)午後４時までに、財政課へ電子メールにより提出すること。
なお、件名は「【入札・質問書】調達案件名称」とし、提出した者は、必ず到着確認の電話をすること。
⑶ 回答方法 質問書の提出があった場合は、令和８年４月22日(水)までに、質問回答書をちば電子調達システム内入札情報サービス(物品・委託)に掲載する。
６ 入札⑴ 入札期間 令和８年４月23日(木)午前９時から令和８年５月７日(木)正午まで⑵ 入札時の入札金額内訳書の提出 必要(別紙様式)⑶ その他ア 電子入札システムに入力する金額は、入札金額内訳書の入札金額(Ａ)とする。
イ 電子入札システムに入力した金額と入札金額内訳書に記載した金額が一致しない場合は、当該入札は無効となるので留意すること。
７ 開札の日時及び場所等⑴ 開札日時 令和８年５月８日(金)午後１時20分から⑵ 開札場所 山武市役所 第６会議室⑶ 開札の立会い 入札参加者は、開札に立ち会うことができる。
代理人をして立ち会わせようとするときは、立会委任状を持参させなければならない。
８ 落札候補者が提出する書類落札候補者は、電子入札システムから発行される事後審査資料提出依頼通知書に記載された期日までに、次の書類を提出しなければならない。
ア 条件付き一般競争入札参加資格確認申請書イ 関連業者調書(関連業者がある場合)９ 契約締結時期⑴ 落札者は、落札決定日から起算して７日以内(山武市の休日を定める条例(平成18年山武市条例第２号)第１条に規定する市の休日を除く。
)に仮契約を締結しなければならない。
⑵ 仮契約は、市議会の可決があったときに本契約としての効力を生ずる。
10 代金の支払方法通常払11 その他この公告に定めるもののほか、入札に関する共通事項については、「条件付き一般競争入札(電子入札)の実施に係る共通事項について」(令和８年４月１日公告)によるので、入札参加者は熟読すること。
