④ Must have been engaged in business continuously for 2 years or more.
⑤ Must be registered in the target industry of the construction industry, etc. in the list of eligible bidders for competitive tenders and meet the following requirements.
⑥ Must be able to assign an engineer with qualifications corresponding to this construction to the construction site in accordance with the Construction Industry Act.
⑦ Must not be a construction company that has failed to fulfill its reporting obligations as specified below (excluding those not obligated to report; hereinafter referred to as "construction companies not enrolled in social insurance, etc.").
