Okagaki Junior High School Replacement Construction Basic Design and Detailed Design Services Business Selection Public Proposal
1. Okagaki Junior High School Replacement Construction Basic Design and Detailed Design Services Proposal Implementation Guidelines
1. Purpose
Okagaki Town's school facilities require planned maintenance considering the future decrease in student numbers and the aging of facilities. When developing school facilities, it is important to prioritize the enhancement of the educational environment for children in the future, while also considering sound financial management, the impact on school district communities and local activities, and their role as evacuation shelters, with an eye toward the future state of school facilities.
The "Basic Policy for School Facility Development to Enhance the Educational Environment for Children in the Future," formulated in March Reiwa 7, identifies the urgent need to develop Okagaki Junior High School, which has the oldest school buildings, due to the aging of elementary and junior high school facilities. Based on the "Okagaki Junior High School Replacement Construction Basic Plan" formulated in September Reiwa 8, the aging current school building will be replaced to create an educational environment for future generations.
These guidelines establish the necessary matters for selecting the most appropriate contractor through a public proposal method, for the "Okagaki Junior High School Replacement Construction Basic Design and Detailed Design Services" commissioned by Okagaki Town, by recruiting designers with advanced creativity, design capabilities, and extensive experience.
