Also, connect the fume hood and the new exhaust fan using the newly installed ducts.

9. Promotion of Green Purchasing Act (1) In this contract, environmental goods applicable to the Green Purchasing Act (Act on Promoting the Procurement of Environmental Goods by the State and Other Entities) (office supplies, OA equipment, etc.) shall be adopted if possible.
(2) The submitted documents (delivered printed matter) specified in this specification shall meet the standards for "paper products" stipulated in the basic policy of the Green Purchasing Act.
10. Consultation If any doubt arises regarding matters described in this specification or matters not described in this specification, the matter shall be decided in consultation with the Nuclear Agency representative.
11. Special Provisions (1) If an emergency occurs during the installation of purchased items in the Nuclear Agency's facilities, the contractor shall act in accordance with the instructions of the Nuclear Agency.
Furthermore, if an emergency occurs due to work under the contract, the contractor shall analyze the cause and consider countermeasures, take the initiative in improving the situation, and obtain confirmation from the Nuclear Agency on the results of the cause analysis and countermeasure considerations.
