Article 2 Requirements for Bidders Bidders who can participate in this bid must meet all of the following requirements.
Those registered in the Kashihara City Bidder Qualification List and registered in the following registration types and regional classifications.

Among those participating in the bid, the same person shall not concurrently serve as representative.
Section 3 How to View Specifications, etc. If you wish to participate in the bid for this project, submit the request form for viewing specifications, etc. by the application deadline below (those who have been disqualified from competitive bidding due to falling under the specified criteria are not eligible).

Method of Asking Questions ① Submit the contract number, project name, and question in writing (format not specified) to the Contract and Inspection Division by FAX or email by the deadline above. ② Answers will be posted on the Kashihara City website (in the section where the bid notice for each project is posted on the bid and estimate forecast page) at the scheduled time above (the password for viewing the answer data will be the same as the password for viewing specifications, etc.).
*Questions received after the deadline and re-questions after answers will not be accepted, so please be specific to avoid misunderstandings regarding the content of the questions.
