Contract Outline: Regarding the general affairs of the Enterprise Contract Section and each department of the Business Division, propose redefinition of business scope and appropriate division/optimal placement of operations through the following tasks: (1) Creation of business flow diagrams and business lists through current status surveys. (2) Identification of challenges and issues that hinder the centralization of general affairs operations, and analysis and consideration of solutions. (3) Conduct interviews with staff in charge and site inspections. (4) Hold meetings, etc. (5) Propose business processes after centralization and submit measures such as DX utilization. In either water supply or sewage business, support or advisory services for business improvement in at least one operation each in both administrative departments (customer service, general affairs, finance, etc.) and technical departments (pipe renewal, facility maintenance, etc.). (Combination of individual contracts within the same entity is also acceptable). b. In either water supply or sewage business, support or advisory services related to DX. 3. Not within the period of suspension of bidding based on the Nara City Enterprise Bureau's Tender Suspension Measures Guidelines. 4. Bids with corrected bid amounts. F. Bids with omissions or errors in the business name, etc. G. Bids with unclear bid amounts or other important matters. H.
