Details of work: The details of the work to be performed by the contractor are as follows. 1. Continuously perform system operation (monitoring, backup, troubleshooting, etc.) and database management/update support. (2) Functional specifications: ① Requirements for provision to the contractor: Communication must be encrypted using TLS1.2 or higher (TLS1.3 if possible). Server certificates must be issued by a trusted certificate authority. In addition to HTML and PDF, the provided data format must support standard formats (e.g., OpenXML, etc.) considering future compatibility. It must be usable from the contractor's PC. The contractor's system environment is as shown in Appendix 1. ② Security: 1) The software must be "Completed" or "Not Applicable" in the "Security Implementation Checklist" specified in "How to Create a Secure Website (Revised 7th Edition)" by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan. 2) The servers, OS, and middleware used in the system must be operated with regular security patch application based on the latest security information collected from domestic and international sources, including the manufacturer. 3) For communication encryption, all items in the "Recommended Security Type Checklist" of the "TLS Cipher Setting Checklist" based on the "TLS Cipher Setting Guidelines (Version 3.0.1)" specified by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan, must be "Completed." If there are non-conforming or unaddressed items, alternative controls, residual risks, and response policies must be clearly stated and approved by the contractor. 7) For authentication, it is generally required to support Single Sign-On (SSO) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by linking with an external authentication infrastructure such as Microsoft Entra ID. If it is difficult to comply, specific control measures such as IP restrictions, terminal restrictions, log monitoring, account management, and password policies must be presented and approved by the contractor. 8) Must support 20 simultaneous accesses. 3③ Browser: For major modern browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge), it must operate normally based on the latest stable version, and at least the previous major version.
