However, if the bid price of the intended successful bidder is deemed likely to result in non-performance of the contract in accordance with its terms, or if it is deemed significantly inappropriate due to the risk of disrupting fair trade, another bidder who submitted a bid within the limit of the estimated price and has the highest evaluation score may be selected as the successful bidder. If the bid price of the intended successful bidder falls below the investigation standard price based on Article 85 of the Budget Execution Order, an investigation will be conducted under Article 86 of the Budget Execution Order.
