Qualification Requirements for Joint Venture Representative and Composition Requirements for Joint Venture (1) The representative of the joint venture must meet all of the following requirements: a. Must have experience as the prime contractor in public works completed and delivered after April 1, 2011, with a contract amount of 444,610,100 yen (tax included) or more for electrical work attached to buildings (experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to cases where the investment ratio is 20% or more). c. Must be able to assign a site manager who has a direct employment relationship with the affiliated construction company. (2) The composition of the joint venture shall be as follows: a.
