Implementation of Public Proposal Regarding "Purchase of Interactive Learning Support Application License"
Public Proposal Procedure for "Purchase of Interactive Learning Support Application License" 1. Project Overview (1) Subject Product selection of interactive learning support application license (2) Purpose To support the learning of each child and student in ward elementary and junior high schools, and to achieve active, interactive, and deep learning, an interactive learning support application (hereinafter referred to as "interactive app") that can comprehensively perform information sharing, collaborative editing, opinion exchange, and accumulation of results in learning activities will be introduced. In addition, by enabling teachers to grasp the learning status and history of children and students and provide instruction according to their individual understanding and learning status, we will promote the integrated enhancement of individually optimized learning and collaborative learning. Furthermore, it will be used as a learning platform connecting schools and homes for students who are truant or require support, ensuring diverse learning opportunities and aiming to realize education that leaves no one behind. In addition, by developing a learning environment that children, students, and teachers can use on a daily basis, we will improve classes and increase the efficiency of teachers' work, thereby promoting educational DX in Setagaya Ward. (3) Project details As per "Details of Interactive Learning Support Application" attached. (4) Usage period From April 1, Reiwa 9 to March 31, Reiwa 12 * Contracts are expected to be concluded annually through a competitive bidding system based on the desired interactive app product designation. * The conclusion of a contract for this work is conditional upon the Reiwa 9 budget for this work being established and allocated. * For Reiwa 10 and Reiwa 11, the conclusion of a contract is conditional upon the budget allocation for this project and the satisfactory performance of the work. (5) Estimated quantity (Reiwa 9) For 53,000 people (Breakdown) Setagaya Ward Elementary Schools: 61 schools, 1,300 classes, 38,000 people Setagaya Ward Junior High Schools: 30 schools, 380 classes, 12,000 people Teachers and staff: 3,000 people 2. Proposal limit amount 66,000,000 yen (including consumption tax and local consumption tax) 3. Specific reasons for adopting the proposal method The interactive app directly affects the quality of educational activities, such as realizing collaborative learning by children and students, grasping learning status and supporting instruction by teachers, and providing learning opportunities for truant students. Therefore, it is not possible to judge superiority solely by license price. In addition, there are differences in operability, learning support functions, collaborative editing functions, learning history utilization functions, interoperability with existing environments such as Microsoft 365, ease of operation management, security measures, support systems, and support content for promoting utilization for each proposed product. Therefore, to most effectively achieve the objectives of this project, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate not only price but also functionality, operability, safety, implementation record, and support systems. Thus, we will widely solicit proposals through a public proposal method and select the most suitable product based on a comprehensive evaluation. 4.
