入 札 公 告下記のとおり一般競争に付すので公告します。
記１．入 札 件 名 情報・システム研究機構(立川)特高受変電設備新設工事 電気主任技術者選任業務２．入 札 方 法 入札金額は、総額を記入するものとする。
なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に、当該金額の 10％に相当する金額を加算した金額(当該金額に 1 円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった総額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
３．納入期限 令和９年3月31日４．競争参加資格 ① 国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)において、令和８年度に関東・甲信越及び資格制限 地域の「役務の提供等」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者であること。
② 情報・システム研究機構契約事務取扱規程第4 条の規定に該当しない者であること。
なお、被保佐人、被補助人及び未成年者で、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中の特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
③ 情報・システム研究機構契約事務取扱規程第5 条の規定に該当しない者であること。
５．入札関係書類の ① 契約条項を示す場所、入札関係書類の交付場所及び問い合わせ先交付方法等 東京都立川市緑町10-3情報・システム研究機構 立川管理室 施設係Email： t-shisetsu@rois.ac.jp② 入札関係書類の交付方法本公告の日から上記5.①の交付場所にて交付する。
(原則、メールにて交付する)６．仕様説明の 開催しない日時及び場所７．入札書の受領期限 令和8年４月２４日 17時00分８．入 札 執 行 の 令和８年５月１日 15時00分日 時 及 び場 所 総合研究棟D棟会議室3(D207)９．入 札 の 無 効 本公告に示した競争参加資格を有しない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書及び入札の条件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
10．入札の条件 ① 別添「競争加入者心得」のとおりとする。
② ファクシミリ、電話、電子メールによる入札は認めないものとする。
③ 入札関係書類等の交付を受けない者は、入札に参加できないものとする。
④ 「競争参加資格の確認のための書類及び納入できることを証明する書類」を入札書の受領期限までに指定された場所へ提出すること。
11．契 約 条 件 別紙契約書(案)及び情報・システム研究機構契約事務取扱規程並びに役務提供契約基準のとおり。
