The bid amount shall include all expenses required for delivery, in addition to the purchased items. For bid award determination, the winning bid amount will be the amount entered in the bid breakdown sheet plus 10% of that amount (if there are fractions of less than 1 yen, such fractions shall be rounded down). Therefore, bidders, whether they are taxable or non-taxable entities for consumption tax, must enter an amount equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated amount for each item in the bid breakdown sheet. Furthermore, the determination of the successful bidder for this contract will be made for each item, and the first successful bidder may differ for each item. This contract is a unit price contract per item. 2.
