Construction Period: From the date of contract conclusion until March 31, Reiwa 9. 5. Estimated Price: 70,575,000 yen (excluding consumption tax and local consumption tax). 6. Bid Classification: (1) This work's bidding is a post-qualification general competitive bidding, where qualification for participation in bidding is confirmed after bid opening. (2) Bidding for this work is an electronic bidding target item conducted using the Hiroshima Prefecture Electronic Bidding System (hereinafter referred to as "Electronic Bidding System"). (3) In principle, written bids are not permitted; this is an item exclusively for use with the Electronic Bidding System. 8. Bid Participation Conditions: All of the following requirements must be met. Requirements (2) through (4) below shall apply to the industry specified in (1), unless otherwise noted. (2) Range of grading or evaluation points for certified general competitive bidding participation qualifications: * If the industry in (1) is prestressed concrete construction, it refers to Civil Engineering General Construction; if it is slope protection work, it refers to Scaffolding, Earthwork, and Concrete Construction; if it is steel bridge superstructure work, it refers to Steel Structure Construction. * Evaluation points are based on the comprehensive evaluation point notification from the business status examination attached when applying for qualification review in (1). Grading: "A", "B", or "C". (3) Average annual completed construction value: * Based on the comprehensive evaluation point notification from the business status examination attached when applying for qualification review in (1), or a subsequent business status examination notification. (4) Location of business office with construction industry permit: * "Business office" refers to a business office in Hatsukaichi City permitted under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Industry Act. * "Principal business office" refers to a business office in Hatsukaichi City listed in the "Principal Business Office" column of the construction industry permit application for the industry in 8(1), and which is certified as a Hatsukaichi City competitive bidding participant for the industry in 8(1). (7) Other: a) Must not be the contractor who received the design work for this project ((株)セトウチ), nor have capital or personnel relations with said contractor as follows: (i) Owns more than 50/100 of the issued shares of said contractor, or has invested more than 50/100 of the total investment amount of said contractor. (3) Indication of Statutory Welfare Costs in Breakdown: To ensure that statutory welfare costs required for social insurance enrollment are paid appropriately, the breakdown of contract price submitted by the contractor to the ordering party must clearly indicate the statutory welfare costs related to health insurance, employees' pension insurance, and employment insurance. 17.
