Other: Detailed Statement, Specifications
This is a unit price contract, but the bid amount input and the determination of the successful bidder will be based on the total price. When determining the successful bidder, the successful bid price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the input amount to the input amount (if there is a fraction of less than 0.01 yen, that fraction will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders should enter the total amount (hereinafter referred to as "total price") obtained by multiplying the estimated contract unit price for each item by 100/110 (rounded to 0.01 yen increments) and then multiplying by the estimated quantity for each item (hereinafter referred to as "subtotal"). The determination of the successful bidder will be based on the comparison of these total prices. However, the subtotal for each item shall not exceed the estimated amount in the attached unit price contract request detailed statement.
Contracts will be concluded on a unit price basis for each item, using the unit price obtained by dividing each subtotal by the estimated quantity (rounded down to the nearest 0.01 yen if there is a fraction) plus 10% of that amount (rounded up to the nearest 0.01 yen if there is a fraction).
If the consumption tax rate changes due to revisions of the Consumption Tax Act, etc., the contract amount will be adjusted by adding or subtracting the consumption tax amount without any special amendment procedures. However, if the consumption tax amount does not change due to transitional measures prescribed by the national government, the handling of such transitional measures shall be followed.
○ Notes on Bid Amounts and Contract Amendments Due to Price Fluctuations During the Contract Period (Items that apply are marked with ■).
■ Even if there are price fluctuations during the contract period for this procurement, contract amendments, including the contract amount, will not be made in principle. Therefore, the bid amount should take into account price fluctuations during the contract period.
□ For the second year onwards of the contract period (limited to after 13 months from the contract date), contract amendments will be made only in case of labor cost fluctuations during the contract period, according to the conditions described in the specifications. Therefore, the bid amount should take into account price fluctuations excluding labor cost fluctuations during the contract period.
Bid bond is waived.
The successful bidder will be the one who can properly fulfill the contents specified in the specifications, etc., and submits the lowest valid bid.
The successful bidder must submit a detailed statement for each item.

If it is found that both the representative, etc. and the same person have submitted bids in this bid, the bids submitted by the representative, etc. and the same person will be invalidated based on Article 6-2, Item 14 of the Kyoto City Contract Administration Regulations, and they will be suspended from competitive bidding.
