(2) Quality control must be thoroughly considered for the purchase of this item, as it will be used in a nuclear power plant. 1.11 Acceptance Conditions: Upon delivery to the delivery location specified in Article 1.5, acceptance will be based on the results of the receiving inspection specified in Article 1.15 and the approval of submitted documents. 1.12 Notes on Delivery: (1) Delivery Method: In principle, the delivered items shall be brought in directly by the contractor. However, delivery may be entrusted to a general transportation company. (2) The name of the Agency's responsible department/section and contact person must be clearly indicated on the address of the shipment. (3) When delivering items to the site, the delivery date and time must be determined in advance in consultation with the Agency's contact person. If there are any changes to the scheduled delivery date and time, please contact us promptly. Please also notify us if special vehicles will be used. (4) In principle, delivery will not be accepted on the following days: a. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other days designated by the Agency. b.
