The contractor shall also ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations. (2) To maintain safety, the contractor shall comply with all Japanese laws and regulations and various rules and standards set by the Institution (latest versions), and follow the instructions of the Institution's representative (attendant). (3) Entry and exit within the premises shall comply with the Institution's regulations (latest versions) and follow the instructions of the Institution's representative. (4) The contractor shall bear all responsibility for damages caused by non-compliance with the Institution's instructions and other damages. (5) The contractor shall create a detailed and feasible schedule (work plan), prepare for labor safety measures, and prioritize work safety while ensuring prompt progress. (6) After the contract is awarded, the contractor shall submit a worker roster detailing their experience in radiation work, etc., and obtain confirmation from the Institution. Furthermore, when selecting workers for work within the controlled area, the contractor shall pay attention to the following: ① Possess a radiation management handbook and have radiation management records registered with the Central Registration Center for Radiation Workers. ② Have completed education based on the Institution's radiation management specifications and been designated as a radiation worker. ③ Have undergone a medical examination for ionizing radiation within 6 months prior to the scheduled work period. ④ Possess the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for the work. (7) The contractor shall thoroughly discuss safety with the Institution, formulate a work plan, and then commence work. (8) The contractor shall conduct hazard prediction for work safety and the contractor's site supervisor shall instruct the workers on the points of danger before starting work. 6.9.2 Radiation Management: (1) When working within the controlled area, the contractor shall comply with the "Radiation Management Specifications (Revised July 1, 2010)" and other regulations established by the Institution. (2) If the Institution creates a work plan, the contractor shall cooperate in its creation and perform the work in accordance with the work plan. Deviation from the work plan is not permitted. 3/3
