Bidding Method For determining the successful bid, the bid price will be the amount written on the bid form plus 10% of that amount. Therefore, regardless of whether you are a taxable or tax-exempt business operator for consumption tax and local consumption tax, please write the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount on your bid form. 6.
