ANNOUNCEMENT OF TENDER (Construction Work) The following is a general competitive tender. (3) Work outline: Electrical equipment work for the new construction of a cheese factory (130 sq m, 1-story steel structure) adjacent to the existing dairy product manufacturing plant, and renovation of a part (21 sq m) of the existing dairy product manufacturing plant. Related architectural work and mechanical equipment work are scheduled to be procured separately. (4) Work period: From the day after the contract is concluded until Wednesday, March 17, Reiwa 9 (2027). (5) This work will be carried out using the electronic bidding system for the submission of qualification confirmation applications (hereinafter referred to as "applications") and qualification confirmation documents (hereinafter referred to as "documents"), as well as for bidding, etc. However, those who find it difficult to use the electronic bidding system may use the paper bidding method with the approval of the Chairman. 2. For ongoing construction joint ventures, the ongoing construction joint venture or one of its members must have the above construction experience. (5) Must be able to assign a chief technician or supervising technician meeting the following criteria to the work. Furthermore, a person who is already serving as a chief technician or supervising technician for construction work ordered by this organization within the Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine campus may concurrently serve as the chief technician or supervising technician for this work. ① Must hold a Class 2 Electrical Construction Management Engineer qualification or an equivalent or higher qualification. "Equivalent or higher qualification" refers to the following: - Class 1 Electrical Construction Management Engineer - Persons certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as having equivalent or higher qualifications. ② Must have experience in constructing the work specified in (4) above, completed and delivered as the prime contractor since Reiwa 23 (2011) (experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to cases where the investment ratio is 20% or more).
