Regional Requirement Within Prefecture - "Within Prefecture" means a company with its head office in Fukushima Prefecture. - "Adjacent 3 Districts" means a company with its head office or branch/business office* in the Soso Construction Office jurisdiction, Kenpoku Construction Office jurisdiction, Kenchu Construction Office jurisdiction (limited to within Tamura City and Tamura District), or Iwaki Construction Office jurisdiction. - "Within Jurisdiction" means a company with its head office or branch/business office* in the Soso Construction Office jurisdiction. * Branch/business office refers to a branch/business office of a company with its head office within the prefecture (prefectural contractor) that is registered as a delegated office in the Fukushima Prefecture Construction Contractor Qualification List valid for the fiscal year in which the bid opening date falls. Technical Personnel Construction Experience - Must be able to assign a supervised technician or chief technician with the construction experience (experience as assigned personnel) shown in the left column to the construction site on a full-time basis. (However, full-time assignment is not required if the contract amount is less than 45 million yen (less than 90 million yen for general building construction) or if it falls under the proviso of Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Industry Act.) - "Construction Experience" refers to experience as a lead contractor's assigned personnel, including experience with companies other than the current employer.
