Original language: ukРозрахунки за товар Замовником проводяться згідно накладних, перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 календарних дні з дня отримання товару.Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: з дня підписання договору по 31 грудня 2026 року (включно). Термін поставки Постачальником протягом 5 робочих днів з дня заявки про потребу товару Замовником. Доставка та розвантаження товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника.
Відповідно до абз. 3 п. 2 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 замовникам забороняється здійснювати публічні закупівлі товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Країнами походження товарів, запропонованих учасниками, не можуть бути вищевказані країни.
