Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι: - Η προμήθεια ογδόντα πέντε (85) φωτοτυπικών-MFP μηχανημάτων, για τις ανάγκες της Κεντρικής Υπηρεσίας της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής και των υποστηριζόμενων από αυτή υπηρεσιών (Ε.Υ. του ΕΣΠΑ), με την ακόλουθη σύνθεση σύμφωνα με την τεχνική προσφορά του Αναδόχου (α/α ΕΣΗΔΗΣ: 481055). Netzkabel (220 V) 1,8m, 9968003000, 85 Doc SW (LRI) bizhub 651i 551i 451i, EL, 9961065711, 85 - Η εγκατάσταση των φωτοτυπικών-MFP μηχανημάτων, δηλ. συναρμολόγηση (εφόσον απαιτείται) και διασύνδεση των επιμέρους τμημάτων και εξαρτημάτων, εκκίνηση λειτουργίας και ένταξη στο τοπικό δίκτυο. Για την εγκατάσταση του εξοπλισμού η ευθύνη του αναδόχου αφορά στην παροχή εξειδικευμένου προσωπικού για τις εγκαταστάσεις, την επίδειξη χρήσεως και την ένταξη στο τοπικό δίκτυο δεδομένων. - Η κάλυψη των φωτοτυπικών-MFP μηχανημάτων από εγγύηση κατασκευαστή, διάρκειας δύο (2) ετών. - Η παροχή εξυπηρέτησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξη μετά την πώληση, διάρκειας πέντε (5) ετών ή έως την κάλυψη του μέγιστου αριθμού παραγόμενων αντιγράφων και εκτυπώσεων για το σύνολο των μηχανημάτων, για μέσο μηνιαίο όγκο 10.000 αντιγράφων και εκτυπώσεων ανά μηχάνημα (ήτοι 51.000.000 σελίδων, όπως προκύπτει από την αριθμητική πράξη 85x60x10.000) από την ημερομηνία οριστικής παραλαβής των προσφερόμενων μηχανημάτων (ότι εκ των δύο επέλθει πρώτο). Για το χρονικό αυτό διάστημα, ο ανάδοχος θα παρέχει δωρεάν επισκευή, συντήρηση και κάλυψη ανταλλακτικών, δωρεάν αντίστοιχη παροχή υπηρεσίας, καθώς και κάλυψη του συνόλου των απαιτούμενων αναλώσιμων για την συνεχή και απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία των μηχανημάτων (εκτός χαρτιού και συρραπτικών). - Η άνευ ανταλλάγματος παραλαβή από τον ανάδοχο των προς απόσυρση απαξιωμένων φωτοτυπικών μηχανημάτων από τους κατά τόπους χώρους εγκατάστασης αυτών. Ο ανάδοχος υποχρεούται για την απόσυρση των φωτοτυπικών να συμμορφωθεί με τις διατάξεις του Π.Δ. 117/2004, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει. Ο αριθμός των απαξιωμένων φωτοτυπικών μηχανημάτων προς απόσυρση ανέρχεται περίπου σε πενήντα (50), από τα οποία περίπου σαράντα (40) βρίσκονται εντός Αττικής. Η απόσυρση εκάστου απαξιωμένου μηχανήματος θα πραγματοποιείται ταυτόχρονα με την εγκατάσταση του νέου φωτοτυπικού-MFP μηχανήματος.
