Supply of photocopier-MFP machines

The subject of this contract is: - The supply of eighty-five (85) photocopier-MFP machines, for the needs of the Central Service of the Contracting Authority and the services supported by it (EY of ESPA), with the following composition according to the Contractor's technical offer (ESEDIS ref. no.: 481055). Power cable (220 V) 1.8m, 9968003000, 85 Doc SW (LRI) bizhub 651i 551i 451i, EL, 9961065711, 85 - The installation of the photocopier-MFP machines, i.e., assembly (if required) and interconnection of individual parts and components, commissioning and integration into the local network. For the installation of the equipment, the contractor's responsibility includes providing specialized personnel for installation, demonstration of use, and integration into the local data network. - The coverage of the photocopier-MFP machines by a manufacturer's warranty, lasting two (2) years. - The provision of after-sales service and technical support, lasting five (5) years or until the maximum number of copies and prints is reached for all machines, for an average monthly volume of 10,000 copies and prints per machine (i.e., 51,000,000 pages, as calculated by 85x60x10,000) from the date of final acceptance of the offered machines (whichever comes first). For this period, the contractor will provide free repair, maintenance, and spare parts coverage, free equivalent service provision, as well as coverage of all required consumables for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the machines (excluding paper and staplers). - The contractor's free collection of obsolete photocopier machines from their respective installation sites. The contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of Presidential Decree 117/2004, as amended and in force, for the disposal of photocopiers. The number of obsolete photocopier machines to be disposed of is approximately fifty (50), of which approximately forty (40) are located in Attica. The disposal of each obsolete machine will take place simultaneously with the installation of the new photocopier-MFP machine.
