전력기술관리법 제14조의2, 같은법 시행령 제27조의3, 제27조의4, 지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 제10조 및 같은 법 시행령 제33조, 제35조, 제36조 규정에 의하여 “잠실 스포츠·MICE 복합공간 조성 민간투자사업 전기분야 설계·공사감리 용역”의 용역수행업체 선정을 위한 사업수행능력평가서 제출 등 입찰에 따른 안내사항을 다음과 같이 공고합니다.
1. 입찰에 부치는 사항
가. 용 역 명 : 잠실 스포츠·MICE 복합공간 조성 민간투자사업 전기분야 설계·공사감리 용역
나. 위 치 : 송파구 올림픽로 25 잠실운동장 일대
다. 공사규모
- 지상40층/지하3층, 연면적 989,517㎡
- 주요시설: 전시·컨벤션, 야구장, 스포츠컴플렉스, 수영장 업무·숙박·상업시설 등
라. 용역내용
- 실시설계단계 및 공사단계 감리 용역(과업내용 세부사항은 붙임 과업내용서 참고)
마. 용역예정금액 : 금 5,753,630,000원(부가세 포함)

※ 본 사업은 사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 (이하 ‘민투법’)에 의하여 시행되는 사업으로 감리 용역 낙찰자로 지정되는 업체는 향후 사업시행자와 용역계약을 체결하여야 함
※ 본 사업은 민간투자사업 실시협약 체결을 전제로 시행하며, 실시협약이 미체결되는 경우 입찰·계약 절차를 중단할 수 있음.
※ 건축연면적 등 공사규모는 실시설계과정에서 주무관청, 사업시행자 및 관계기관 협의 결과에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 사업일정 등도 추진상황에 따라 변경(조정)될 수 있음.
