Сутерените и на трите секции са проектирани като противорадиационни укрития. Покривът на сградата е тип „студен“: оформено е подпокривно пространство над таванската плоча на 5-и жилищен етаж с „надзид“ (фасадни панели ) с височина 60см и покривна плоча с наклон 7°, носеща се от стоманобетонови ферми. Върху покривната плоча и на източната и средната секции е положен по един пласт хидроизолираща мушама при последния текущ ремонт. Многофамилната жилищна сграда е със следните техническите показатели: ЗП = 1161,00 кв. м.; РЗП = 7790,19 кв.м.; Отопляем обем: 17 162 куб. м.; Височина на сградата: до 15м; брой етажи 5, полуподземни-1; подземни – няма; Категория на строежа съгласно ЗУТ: трета.
