Original language: bgПредметът на обособената позиция включва дейности свързани с изпълнение на инженеринг - проектиране, СМР и авторски надзор, за внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност в многофамилна жилищна сграда УЛ.“АЛ. СТАМБОЛИЙСКИ“ 151, гр. Елхово” с - РЗП = 4368,00 m2. В обхвата на обособената позиция са включени следните дейности: Дейност 1 – Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект: Разработване на инвестиционен проект във фаза „технически проект” при спазване на Наредба №4 от 21.05.2001г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти; При изготвяне на проекта, избраният изпълнител следва да се съобрази със задължителните мерки за поддържане и осигуряване на обекта, предписани техническия паспорт от обследването за установяване на техническите характеристики, в Доклада за енергийно обследване и Сертификата за енергийни характеристики на сгради в експлоатация, така че да се повиши енергийната ефективност и да се намали енергийното потребление на многофамилната жилищна сграда. Дейност 2 – изпълнение на СМР по реализиране на строителството на обекта: Предвидените СМР дейности включват всички дейности за енергийно обновяване - за прилагане на мерки за ЕЕ и всички дейности за прилагане на задължителните мерки, предписани от Обследването за установяване на техническите характеристики за обекта, съгласно изработения инвестиционен проект. Предвидени са следните ЕСМ, описани в Сертификата за енергийни характеристики на сградата: -B1 Топлинно изолиране на външни стени; -B3 Топлинно изолиране на покрив; -B4 Топлинно изолиране на под; -B5 Подмяна на прозорци и врати. Предвидени са задължителни мерки, предписани в Техническия паспорт и обследване по част "Архитектура", част "Конструкции", част "Електрическа - мълниезащита" и мерки за осигуряване на "Достъпна среда". Дейност 3 – упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството съгласно чл.162 от Закона за устройство на територията Строежът е четвърта категория съгласно Закона за устройство на територията. Очаквани резултати: изпълнени и въведени мерки за енергийна ефективност съгласно предписанията на извършеното обследване; изпълнени задължителни мерки съгласно предписанията на Техническия паспорт; достигане на по-висок клас на енергопотребление - "B" клас; подобряване енергийните характеристики на сградата и удължаване на жизнения ѝ цикъл; Средствата са осигурени, съгласно сключен административен договор № BG16FFPR003-4.001-0019-С01 с Министерство на регионалното развитие и благоустройството, Управляващ орган на Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027 (ПРР).
