An investment project has been approved for the site in the following parts: "Architectural", "Structural", "Landscaping and Civil Engineering", "Geodesy", "Electrical", "Water and Sewerage", "Health and Safety", "Fire Safety" and "Construction and Installation Supervision Plan", and a Building Permit No. 47 dated 24.03.2025 has been issued. *According to the prepared investment project, the construction and installation works are planned to be executed in 2 stages. This public procurement under Lot No. 1 awards the execution of activities for construction supervision during construction over the construction and installation works planned for execution in the first stage of the investment project. *All construction and installation works planned to be executed at the site during the realization of the activities included in the first stage, for which construction supervision will be exercised, are described/specified in detail in the investment project, an integral part of the participation documentation. In execution of the activities under the subject of the procurement, the Contractor provides the Contracting Authority with: - A technical passport for the relevant site/structure for which construction supervision was exercised during construction /where applicable according to the specifics of the site/; - A final report to the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the requirements of art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), after the completion of the construction and installation works for each site/structure for which the contractor exercised construction supervision during construction. All activities included in the subject of the current procurement are described in detail in section III of the Technical Specifications, an integral part of the approved participation documentation.
