Selection of a contractor for construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works for the site: "Multi-family residential building in the town of Maglizh, Tsar Simeon Veliki Blvd. No. 84, with identifier 49494.701.703.1, Maglizh municipality, Stara Zagora region"

Continuation from Description (BT-24-Procedure): Obligations of the Safety and Health Coordinator: 1. Coordinates safety measures on the construction site. 2. Makes organizational and technical decisions to ensure safe working conditions. 3. Updates the Safety and Health Plan (SHP) when the project changes. 4. Coordinates the joint work of builders and subcontractors to prevent work accidents. 5. Organizes control for compliance with safe work rules. 6. Prevents access of unauthorized persons to the construction site. Requirements for submission of the final product: The contractor shall provide the Client with: 1. An updated technical passport of the building for which construction supervision was exercised during construction - 3 copies in paper format and 1 copy on CD. 2. A final report to the Client, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 168, para. 6 of the Territorial Development Act (ZUT), after the completion of construction and assembly works - 3 copies in paper format. In fulfilling its obligations under this public procurement, the contractor shall comply with the requirements of: • Public Procurement Act and the subordinate normative acts for its application; • Territorial Development Act and the acts for its application; • Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of constructions. • Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of February 5, 2015, on the conditions and procedure for the use of construction products in constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria (Promulgated, SG, issue 14 of February 20, 2015), in force from 01.05.2015. • Any other relevant regulatory framework for the execution of the activities subject to this procurement. Note: In case of contradiction between the provisions of the Technical Specification and a normative act, the Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the relevant normative act. Note: The Contractor shall coordinate with the Client any decision and/or instruction and/or consent for carrying out works leading to a change in the quantity-value estimates for the ongoing construction and assembly works. Term of execution of the order: The term for exercising construction supervision for the site begins to run from the date of opening the construction site until the completion of construction and assembly works, the preparation of the final report to the client by the person exercising construction supervision in accordance with Art. 168, para. 3 of ZUT, and the commissioning of the site /issuance of a Use Permit/. The deadline for submitting the technical passport and the final report is 20 calendar days from the signing of the Act of Establishing the Suitability for Acceptance of the Construction /Annex 15/. CONSTRUCTION CATEGORY III – CATEGORY TA, 1 – GROUP VA LOCATION: Maglizh town, Tsar Simeon Veliki Blvd. No. 84, with ID No. 49494.701.703.1, Maglizh municipality, Stara Zagora region, with funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, according to Contract No. from ISUN - BG16FFPR003-4.001-0325-C01, concluded between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Managing Authority of the "Regions Development" Programme 2021-2027 (RDP) and Maglizh Municipality, for the implementation of project proposal BG16FFPR003-4.001-0325 "Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building in Maglizh town, Tsar Simeon Veliki Blvd. 84, with ID No. 49494.701.703.1, Maglizh municipality, Stara Zagora region, which has 61 private residential apartments and one municipal residential unit".
