Activities for ensuring visibility, transparency and communication for project No. BG16FFPR002-5.008-0003 "Implementation of green measures in the urban environment to reduce secondary dust on the territory of Haskovo municipality", financed under the "Environment" Programme 2021-2027

The subject of this public procurement is the supply of goods related to the planned visibility, transparency and communication measures within project No. BG16FFPR002-5.008-0003 "Implementation of green measures in the urban environment to reduce secondary dust on the territory of Haskovo municipality", financed under the "Environment" Programme 2021-2027. The implementation of the planned activities under this procurement are part of the measures foreseen for implementation in the projects, which are aimed at promoting the goals, activities and results of the implementation of project No. BG16FFPR002-5.008-0003 "Implementation of green measures in the urban environment to reduce secondary dust on the territory of Haskovo municipality", financed under the "Environment" Programme 2021-2027. The focus is on creating awareness during the project implementation and capitalizing on the achieved results. The visibility, transparency and communication activities must comply with the conditions and requirements described in Title IV, Chapter III "Visibility, transparency and communication" of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. In this regard, for communication, visibility and transparency activities, the origin of the funding must be indicated by placing the EU emblem in accordance with the specified technical characteristics pursuant to Art. 47 and Annex IX of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, and must also comply with the requirements laid down in the Single Beneficiary Manual for the application of the visibility, transparency and communication rules 2021-2027. Within the scope of the public procurement, the selected contractor shall carry out the following activities: Production, delivery and installation of a large temporary billboard 1 pc. – with minimum dimensions of 200 cm x 200 cm. Production, delivery and installation of a permanent explanatory sign 1 pc. – with minimum dimensions of 100 cm x 80 cm. The printing of the billboard and the permanent sign shall be carried out after the layout is approved by the Contracting Authority, in compliance with the Technical Specification, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The service includes: design, printing, delivery and installation of the billboard and the permanent sign, depending on the location chosen by the Contracting Authority. The billboard and the sign will be installed at locations chosen by the Contracting Authority within the territory of Haskovo municipality in a place visible to the public.
