Управителният съвет на „Електроразпределителни мрежи Запад“ ЕАД открива и провежда процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка от вида „открита“ на основание чл. 132 във връзка с чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1, чл. 19, ал. 2 и чл. 20, ал. 1, т. 3, б. „б“ от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП), с цел сключване на договор за доставка на неупотребявани влекач и бордово ремарке. Към момента на обявяване на настоящата поръчка прогнозното количество от стоката е 1 (един) брой влекач и бордово полуремарке, което Възложителят е определил за период от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца. Прогнозната обща стойност за доставка на нови, неупотребявани влекач и бордово полуремарке за срока на действие на договора от 24 месеца е в размер на 140 000.00 (сто и четиридесет хиляди) евро без ДДС. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП, комисията ще извърши оценка на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор. Действията на комисията ще се извършат в последователност, предвидена в чл. 61 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за обществените поръчки (ППЗОП).
