Implementation of energy efficiency measures, engineering - design, site supervision and execution of construction and assembly works for the "Multi-family residential building town Kyustendil, "Shesti Septemvri" Str. No. 13, block 22"

The scope of the awarded lot includes the following activities: Activity 1 – Preparation of the investment project: Development of an investment project in the "technical project" phase in compliance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21. 05. 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; When preparing the project, the selected contractor must comply with the mandatory measures for the maintenance and security of the site, prescribed in the Passport from the survey to establish technical characteristics and in the Report on energy audit and Certificate of energy characteristics of buildings in operation. Activity 2 – Execution of construction and assembly works for the realization of the construction of the site: The planned construction and assembly works include all activities for energy renovation - for the implementation of EE measures and all activities for the implementation of the mandatory measures prescribed by the Survey to establish the technical characteristics for the site, according to the developed investment project. The following energy saving measures (ESM) are envisaged, described in detail in the Certificate of energy characteristics of the building: ESM B1 – Thermal insulation of external walls ESM B3 – Thermal insulation of the roof ESM B4 – Thermal insulation of the floor ESM B5 – Replacement of external windows and doors ESM C12 – Replacement of lighting in common areas Activity 3 – Exercise of site supervision during construction, in accordance with Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act.
