“Implementation of design services for the needs of UNWE and its divisions” - Lot No. 2 “Selection of a contractor for the preparation of investment projects in the "Technical Project" phase, necessary for the maintenance, repairs, and renovation of the material base of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), including author's supervision”

Lot No. 2 “Selection of a contractor for the preparation of investment projects in the "Technical Project" phase, necessary for the maintenance, repairs, and renovation of the material base of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), including author's supervision”. The investment projects should be prepared and submitted to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and the current legal and regulatory framework in the Republic of Bulgaria. The Contracting Authority defines and assigns the parts of the project depending on the type and specifics of the object, which is part of the material base of UNWE. When assigning parts of the project, the requirements for the mandatory minimum scope and content according to the provisions of the cited ordinance are observed. Investment design is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current detailed development plan (DDP), with the design visa under Art. 140 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), when its issuance is mandatory, and with the requirements of the design assignment or design contract in cases where no assignment has been prepared. The subject of this technical specification are the buildings, the installations built within them, and the surrounding area, as follows: - Complex of buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and K and the surrounding area, consisting of asphalt, pavement, and green areas with the administrative address: Sofia, Studenski district, "Osvmi dekemvri" Str. No. 19; - "Bonsist" Sports Complex, consisting of sports halls, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, administrative and medical offices, sanitary and technical premises, basement, etc. with the administrative address: Sofia, Studenski district, UPI I (PI 68134.1605.4665 and .6057 and .4664), block 170; - Educational and Health Resort in the village of Ravda, administrative address: Ravda village, "Kraybrezhna" Str. No. 2, Nesebar Municipality. The contractor exercises author's supervision during construction through the respective designers – natural persons entitled to perform author's supervision for the respective parts of the project, in accordance with Art. 162, para. 2 of the SDA and the ordinances to it. The person performing author's supervision during construction monitors whether the contractor, within the meaning of Art. 163 of the SDA, uses the correct documentation and monitors its strict adherence and execution. The services are performed upon request during the contract period, and they are paid within 30 days after acceptance of the prepared documents and submission of the original invoice.
