Original language: bg„Изработване на инвестиционни проекти за изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в многофамилни жилищни сгради и упражняване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи във връзка с проекти по процедура BG16FFPR003-4.001 „Подкрепа за устойчиво енергийно обновяване на многофамилни жилищни сгради, включително справяне с енергийната бедност“ За обект: Изработване на инвестиционен проект за изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в многофамилна жилищна сграда в ул. „Цар Калоян“ №29, вх. „0“ и „А“ и упражняване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи.“ Изработване на работни проекти по следните части: „Архитектурна", "Конструктивна", "Електро", ВиК - становище, “Енергийна ефективност“, „Пожарна безопасност“, ПБЗ, ПУСО и други необходими за издаване на Разрешение за строеж, засегнати в предписанията от Доклад за обследване на Енергийната ефективност и Конструктивното обследване на сградата, съгласно Наредба №4/ 21.05.2001г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, с който ще се изпълнят основните дейности: Да се разработи проект за модернизация и въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност на жилищния сграден фонд. * Да се предвиди топлоизолация на фасадните ограждащи елементи в съответствие с заложените енергоспестяващи мерки към Доклада за обследване на Енергийната ефективност. * Да се предвиди топлоизолация на покрива в съответствие с заложените енергоспестяващи мерки към Доклада за обследване на Енергийната ефективност. *Да се предвиди топлоизолация на всички типове под в съответствие с заложените енергоспестяващи мерки към Доклада за обследване на Енергийната ефективност. * Да се предвиди подмяна на съществуващата амортизирана и неотговаряща на съвременните норми дограма, в съответствие с заложените енергоспестяващи мерки към Доклада за обследване на Енергийната ефективност. * Да се предвиди подмяна на старите осветителни тела в общите части в съответствие с заложените енергоспестяващи мерки към Доклада за обследване на Енергийната ефективност.
