Хасково, община Хасково, е налице оценен и одобрен на 15.09.2026г. инвестиционен проект, съдържащ следните части: Архитектурна, Конструктивна, Интериор и обзавеждане Електрическа, ВиК, Геодезия, ОВК , Енергийна ефективност, Пожарна безопасност, Паркоустройство и благоустройство, ПБЗ и ПУСО. За обекта е издадено Разрешение за строеж №390/16.09.2026г. от ВрИД Главен архитект на Община Хасково. Строежът е IV – та категория съгласно чл.137, ал.1, т. 4, б от ЗУТ. Всички видове работи и съответните количества са подробно описани в приложената количествена сметка, която е неразделна част от одобрения инвестиционен проект и от настоящата обществена поръчка.
