Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е извършването на ремонт и поддържане (превантивно, текущо, и ремонтно-възстановителни работи при аварийни ситуации) на 47,008 км., както следва: улици в гр. Поморие с дължина - 38,708км. кв. Каменар - 6,700 км. общински път №BGS1142 - гр. Поморие - 1,600км. Описание на видовете СМР и дейности е представено в Приложение № В – Видове СМР и дейности към документацията за участие. Предметът на обществената поръчка включва дейностите, които са свързани с извършването на ремонт и поддържане, а именно: 1. Полагането на системни грижи за осигуряване на целогодишна нормална експлоатация на пътя/улицата, както и дейности, които имат за цел да осигурят техническото състояние на пътя/улицата, пътните съоръжения и принадлежности в съответствие с действащите нормативни актове и техническите спецификации за строителни продукти /в т.ч. отстраняване на единични повреди и деформации по елементите в обхвата на пътя/улицата, пътните съоръжения и принадлежности и предотвратяване на по-нататъшното им развитие, отстраняване на локални повреди вследствие нормалната експлоатация на пътя и на повреди по пътната настилка, пътните съоръжения и принадлежности. 2.
