Место на испорака: Носителот на набавката, испораката на горивото ќе ја врши сукцесивно, во зависност од потребите на Договорниот орган 24/7 на сите бензиските станици со кои располага на територијата на РСМ, во рок од 1(една) година сметано од денот на склучување на договорот во рамките на максимално утврдената вредност во договорот и количина за која договорниот орган нема обврска да ги искористи во целост.
За непречено реализирање на договорот, потребно е понудувачот да има најмалку една бензинска пумпа на територијата на општина Куманово каде што се наоѓа седиштето на договорниот орган или да има склучено договор со бензинска пумпа која се наоѓа на територијата на општина Куманово за што договорниот орган заедно со понудата доставува соодветен доказ. Испораката на горивото се смета за извршена со издавање на потврда/сметка, потпишана од овластено лице на Договорниот орган и овластено лице на Носителот на набавката. Издадената потврда/сметка треба да ги содржи следните податоци марка на возилото, регистерски број, количина и вид на горивото, вкупна цена, датум на испорака, локација на бензиската пумпа, име и презиме на службеното лице кое набавува гориво, име и презиме на работникот на бензиската пумпа кој го испорачал.
Квалитетот на горивата да биде во согласност со важечкиот Правилник за квалитет на течните горива (Сл. весник на РМ бр. 88/07, 91/07, 97/07, 105/07, 157/07, 15/08,156/08 и 81/09) и Службен весник на Република Северна Македонија бр.217/22 и 220/22.
Доколку квалитетот на горивото не одговара на пропишаниот, Договорниот орган нема да ги прими
испорачаните количини и истите ќе бидат вратени за сметка на Носителот на набавката
