Присутнє забезпечення виконання договору 4.9 (відсоток)
Забезпечення виконання Договору про закупівлю здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Замовника
UA 453204780000026005924904386 в АБ “УКРГАЗБАНК”, МФО 320478. Перерахування коштів, в якості забезпечення виконання договору, має бути проведено до або не пізніше дати укладання договору про закупівлю, але в будь-якому випадку не більше 4-х календарних днів з моменту визнання електронною системою закупівель учасника переможцем закупівлі. Призначення платежу має бути наступного змісту: “Забезпечення виконання Договору про закупівлю укладеного за результатами закупівлі (зазначити UA закупівлі) за предметом: (зазначити предмет закупівлі).” Документ, що підтверджує внесення забезпечення виконання договору Переможцем є платіжне доручення з відміткою банку про здійснення платежу на рахунок Замовника. Скановану копію платіжного доручення Переможець має надіслати на електронну адресу t.klochok@likar.center. Процедура підписання договору буде розпочата після отримання від бухгалтерії Замовника підтвердження зарахування коштів на рахунок Замовника.
Поставка здійснюється відповідно умов договору.

Сторони підтверджують, що інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника Постачальника міститься в Єдиному державному реєстрі юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань і є актуальною на дату укладання договору.
