Original language: bgПредметът на обособената позиция е: Проектиране, изграждане и авторски надзор на система за пожароизвестяване, аварийно и евакуационнo осветление в учебен Блок №3 на Технически университет - София. Изисквания към изпълнителя при изготвяне на инвестиционния проект Обхватът на Техническия проект да включва най-малко следните проектни части: Част: Пожароизвестяване; Част: Аварийно и евакуационно осветление Част: План за безопасност и здраве; Част: Проектно-сметна документация; Минимален задължителен обем на Техническия проект: Обяснителни записки; Описания на помещенията и оборудването; Адресиране на пожароизвестителните системи; План на инсталациите; Количествени сметки за изграждане и технически изисквания към оборудването; Чертежи. Проектът по всички части да съдържа: обяснителна записка, изчисления, обосноваващи проектните решения, монтажни чертежи, схеми, детайли, спецификации на предвидената апаратура и материали; количествена сметка, разделена на: доставки, строително- и електро- монтажни работи, изпитвания и функционални проби и др. Техническото изпълнение на строителството трябва да бъде изпълнено в съответствие с изискванията на българската нормативна уредба и с одобрената проектна документация. На строежа следва да бъдат влагани само строителни продукти, които притежават подходящи характеристики за вграждане, монтиране, поставяне или инсталиране в сгради и само такива, които са заложени в проекта на обекта със съответните им технически характеристики, съответстващи на техническите правила и норми, определени с нормативните актове за проектиране и строителство. За точното спазване на проекта при изпълнението на СМР, Изпълнителят посредством правоспособните проектанти, автори на проектната документация по части, ще осъществява авторски надзор съобразно изискванията на ЗУТ и договора за изпълнение.
