Description

Obiectul contractului consta in furnizarea de oua pentru beneficiarii din centrele apartinatoare al DGASPC Arad. Autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord-cadru cu o durata de [ 12 ] luni, cu maxim 2 operatori economici, in masura in care exista un numar suficient de operatori economici, care au indeplinit cerintele de calificare si selectie si care au prezentat oferte admisibile. Caracteristicile tehnice raman nemodificate pe toata durata acordului-cadru. Ofertantii vor depune oferta pentru toate produsele. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea fi achizitionate pe durata acordului-cadru sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini si modelele clauzelor contractuale din sectiunea „Formulare”. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru - cantități minime /cantități maxime: conform caietului de sarcini, model clauze contractuale.
