B. Regarding the bid amount, regardless of whether the bidder is a taxable business operator or an exempt business operator for consumption tax and local consumption tax, or whether the transaction is taxable or non-taxable/non-taxable, the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract desired amount shall be stated.

(3) As of August 19, Reiwa 8 (2026) (*Date of bid submission deadline), those who are rated in grade "A", "B", "C", or "D" in either "Manufacturing of Goods" or "Sales of Goods" for the business item "General/Industrial Machinery and Equipment" among the "All Ministries and Agencies Unified Qualifications" for competitive contracts for manufacturing and sales of goods in all ministries and agencies for Reiwa 7, 8, and 9 (2025, 2026, and 2027).
(4) As of August 19, Reiwa 8 (2026) (*Date of bid submission deadline), those who are not subject to a suspension of designation by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or a suspension of qualification for competition by the Independent Administrative Institution Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers.
(5) Those who do not fall under the category of gangsters, gangster members, quasi-gangster members, gangster-related companies, soukaiya, etc., social movement etc. posing groups, special intelligence and violent groups, or other groups or individuals that seek economic profit by using violence, intimidation, and fraudulent methods, as defined in Article 2 of the "Regulations on Response to Anti-Social Forces" established by the Independent Administrative Institution Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers.
(6) As of August 19, Reiwa 8 (2026) (*Date of bid submission deadline), those who have been subject to disciplinary action by a supervisory authority within the past 3 months due to violations of the Labor Standards Act (Showa 22 Act No. 49), the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Showa 47 Act No. 57), or other labor-related laws, those for whom a guilty verdict has been pronounced for alleged violations of the same laws and are currently serving their sentence (or within the suspension period if it is a suspended sentence), or those who are arrested and detained, referred to the public prosecutor's office, or indicted for alleged violations of the same laws.

Furthermore, the contract price shall be the bid amount plus an amount equivalent to 10/100 of that amount.
