The bid amount shall be the total amount. b. Method of Selecting the Successful Bidder The successful bidder shall be the one who submits the lowest valid bid within the limit of the estimated price prepared in accordance with Article 56 of the Financial Regulations of the Independent Administrative Institution, Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers. The contract price shall be the bid amount plus an amount equivalent to 10/100 of that amount. ※ If there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, it shall be rounded down. 7.
