1. Delivery terms of the Goods: DDP destination warehouse. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the destination are included in the price of the goods. The price per unit of Goods includes the costs of loading and unloading operations.

2. Addresses of Consignee warehouses (place and quantity of goods delivery): are set out in Table 2 and Table 3 of this Appendix.

3. Requirements for the goods: The goods are undamaged. The goods supplied are new, have not been in use, and their storage terms and conditions have not been violated. The goods (packaging) contain information in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, which allows for: identification of the Goods, their origin, production date.

4. The country of origin of the proposed goods cannot be the Russian Federation, Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.

5. Requirements for packaging and packing: The packaging ensures the complete integrity of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport. The cost of packaging is included in the total cost (price) of the goods. The packaging is non-returnable.

6. Transportation requirements: transportation by a type of transport that complies with the rules of carriage, loading and securing of cargo in effect for a specific type of transport, ensuring the protection of products from damage and atmospheric influences, the integrity of packaging and the quality of products. During the transportation and storage of products, measures are taken to protect them from mechanical damage, atmospheric precipitation, and thermal effects (heating devices, direct sunlight). Transportation and storage of products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

7. Year of manufacture of the goods: not more than 12 months from the date of delivery. Storage terms and conditions of the Goods are not violated.

8. Delivery period of the Goods: 1st batch – 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract; 2nd batch – from 08/01/2026 to 08/25/2026.

9. The warranty period for the goods is at least 12 months from the date of delivery.

10. List of documents provided with each batch of Goods:
- Document confirming the quality of the supplied Goods, if provided by the manufacturer for this type of product offered for supply (passport and/or quality certificate and/or operating instructions, etc.);
- Conclusion of state sanitary-epidemiological examination (DSES), if provided for this type of product.
