Spare parts for tractor equipment

1. Terms of delivery of Goods (including those established in accordance with the International Commercial Terms "INCOTERMS-2020"): DDP – consignee's warehouse for residents. DAP – consignee's warehouse for non-residents. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the destination (under DDP/DAP delivery terms) are included in the price of the goods (procurement item). 2. Delivery period of Goods: 120 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Delivery of Goods in parts/batches pre-agreed with the Buyer is allowed. 3. Warranty period/term for the Goods: The Supplier bears full warranty coverage for the period determined by the manufacturer, but not less than 12 months from the date of delivery of the Goods. 4. Year of manufacture: 2024-2026. 5. Requirements for marking, packaging and packing: 5.1. The goods are factory-made, new, without signs of use, repair, refurbishment, etc. 5.2. Chips, cracks, mechanical damage to elements during visual inspection are not allowed. 5.3. The goods are properly packaged in accordance with the manufacturer's regulatory document, ensuring their preservation during transportation and storage. The packaging ensures the integrity, completeness and undamaged condition of the goods during loading and unloading operations, transportation and temporary warehousing until transfer to the Customer's warehouse. 5.4. The country of origin of the proposed Goods is not the Russian Federation, Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. 6. Approximate place of delivery: according to Table 1 of this Appendix to the Agreement. The Buyer will inform the Supplier in writing about the specific place of delivery of the Goods within 5 working days from the date of signing the Agreement. 7. List of accompanying documents provided upon delivery of Goods*: 7.1. Invoice(s) (if the supplier of the Goods is a resident of Ukraine) or Acceptance Certificate(s) of Goods (if the supplier of the Goods is a non-resident of Ukraine).*Note: All documents must be in Ukrainian or have a translation into Ukrainian if the document's language is different from Ukrainian.
