This compliance must be confirmed by a declaration or certificate, which must be provided at the contract signing stage. Failure to submit this document will be considered a refusal to sign the contract. The delivery period for the goods is from the date of contract signing until December 31, 2026. The supplier will deliver the goods according to the specification (Appendix № 1 to the Contract) in separate batches, in quantities requested by the Customer, within three working days of receiving the Customer's request via electronic or telephone communication. Delivery is considered complete upon arrival of the goods at the designated delivery locations: KNP "Kyiv City Perinatal Center" at Predslavinska St., 9, and V. Lobanovsky Ave., 2, Kyiv. The supplier is responsible for unloading the goods at the maternity hospital's warehouse at their own expense.
