Payment procedure: payments are made by the Customer within 30 calendar days after the delivery of goods and presentation by the Supplier of an invoice for payment for the actually delivered goods (hereinafter - the invoice) and after the signing of the delivery note (acceptance-transfer act of goods) by the Parties. The invoice must be accompanied by: a delivery note (acceptance-transfer act of goods) and documents confirming the quality of the delivered goods. All documents under the Agreement are executed in compliance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine. In case of delay in the Customer's financing, payment for the Goods shall be made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding funds by the Customer. Delivery of goods. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the goods at its own expense to the Customer's disposal along with all documents necessary for the acceptance of the goods under this agreement within 5 days from the moment of receiving the Order from the Customer. Place of delivery (transfer) of goods: The Supplier delivers and transfers the goods to the Customer at the final destination, located at the address: Zakarpattia region, Chop, (specific address is indicated in the order). The proposed goods are not goods produced in or originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
