- Eggplants of elongated varieties, fruit length not less than 10 cm, DSTU 2660, 1 kg - 500 kg;
- Fresh zucchini, highest grade, length 7-16 cm, 1 kg - 500 kg;

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Buyer's requests, but not less than 3 (three) times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), according to the Buyer's actual needs.
Warehouse operating hours (goods acceptance): Mon-Thu from 8:30 to 15:00, Fri from 8:30 to 13:00.
Delivery is carried out on the next working day from the moment of receiving the request, made by the Buyer no later than 13:00 on the working day preceding the delivery day.
The Seller is obliged to consider the Buyer's order and provide confirmation of its acceptance within 3 (three) hours from the moment of receipt, but no later than 16:00 on the working day of its receipt.

Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine – only for actually received Goods within 15 (fifteen) working days, based on properly executed Seller's documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) in the presence of budget allocations for the specified purposes, with the possibility of deferred payment until the end of the budget year without charging penalties. Delivery (transfer) of goods is carried out in accordance with the specification to the contract, in separate small batches, according to the customer's request, depending on the actual need for the goods.
