6) Deadline for submission of tender proposals: until 09.04.2026 00:00
7) Payment terms: Payment is made on the basis of Art. 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine on terms of deferred payment for a period of up to 10 calendar days. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the delivered Goods is made within 7 banking days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the budget allocation for financing the procurement to the account. In this case, the Customer pays the Supplier for the delivered Goods in accordance with the distribution of budget financing amounts.
8) Language(s) in which tender proposals must be prepared: During procurement procedures, all documents prepared by the customer are issued in Ukrainian.
During the procurement procedure, all documents related to the tender proposal and compiled directly by the participant are issued in Ukrainian.
If other documents are provided in a language other than Ukrainian, such documents must be accompanied by a Ukrainian translation; the translation (or the authenticity of the translator's signature) must be notarized or legalized in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. Texts must be authentic, the Ukrainian text is decisive.
