4.2. Payment for the Goods is made by the Customer based on properly executed invoices and delivery notes from the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
4.3. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the delivered Goods is made within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of funds allocated for this procurement to the Customer's account.
5.1. The Supplier shall deliver and transfer the Goods to the Customer along with all necessary documents for the acceptance of the Goods under this Agreement, by December 01, 2026 inclusive, to the final destination in Kharkiv region. The Goods are delivered according to the Customer's order. The specific delivery address of the goods is indicated in the order, which is submitted in writing, by e-mail or through other communication channels. The right of ownership of the Goods passes at the moment of signing the delivery note by the Parties.
